I offer one on one personal training sessions in Glastonbury & Wells, as well as small group training session. Focusing on strength based training, I will work closely with you to help you meet your goals. I will create a specially designed program for you to keep you engaged, focused and on track.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a key role with your fitness journey. I will help you understand food and how to fuel your body. I can help you create a healthy balanced diet full of foods you enjoy as well as creating personalised calories and macros targets which are inline with your goals .
Programs
I can design a program that will best suit your fitness goals & challenges. Your program will be designed with you in mind with a focus to make your weakness your new strengths. I can offer a 6, 8 or 12 week program which will include regular check ins with myself to keep you accountable.
