1-2-1 Personal Training

I offer one on one personal training sessions as well as small group training session. I will work closely with my clients to help build your confidence both in and outside the gym. Focusing on strength based training, We will meet your goals with specially designed sessions to keep you engaged, focused and on track.

Session Prices:

One off session 45.00

Block of 10 sessions 450.00

Direct Debit : 4 sessions per month 160.00

Direct Debit : 8 session per month 320.00

Private Group Training

If you prefer to train with friends or family then you can book me for small group training sessions, maximum of 4 people. Training in small groups means you can support and push each other through session which are exclusive to you. Training in small groups will help you stay motivated to train hard throughout each session with my guidance.

Online Programming

I can help design the best program for you and your goals. Offering both 4 week, 8 week and 12 week programs which are designed around your life and training style. My programs will include weekly check ins, tracked programs, nutritional advice and monthly reviews to keep you accountable and on track with a plan that suits you.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a key role with your fitness journey. I will help you understand food and how to fuel your body. I can help you stick to a healthy balanced diet full of foods you enjoy whilst sticking to your calories and macros. Talking through healthy habits and valuable technique’s that you can use to help meet you goals.
